Reservations		We accept reservations for all services by calling us at (510) 428-2600. We do not accept reservations left via voicemail. Same day reservations are considered confirmed appointments and any scheduling changes would result in a fee. See our Cancellation Policy below. Sunday - Tuesday 10:30 am - 5:30 pm Wednesday - Saturday 10:30 am - 8:00 pm To make a reservation, call (510) 428-2600.
Cancellation Policy		We require 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellation. You may cancel an appointment by calling us at (510) 428-2600. If you call after our regular business hours, you may cancel your appointment by leaving a message including your name and the day and time of your appointment. You will be charged in full (100%) for a scheduled service if you: Miss an appointment without proper cancellation Reschedule an appointment the same day (including appointments made within 24 hours) Cancel an appointment less than 24 hours beforehand.
