About Face & Body


Environment		To maintain a restorative environment at the salon, we ask that you please: Turn off your cell phone and pager while you are in the salon. Bring another adult to supervise your children if you have an appointment. We must limit children in our service rooms for safety reasons. Refrain from bringing food and beverages into the salon. If you have concerns, please feel free to ask to speak with a Shift Manager.
Cancellations and No-Shows		You will be charged in full (100%) for a scheduled service if you: Miss an appointment, Reschedule the same day, or Cancel an appointment less than 24 hours beforehand.
Late Arrivals		We encourage you to arrive a few minutes early to unwind before your appointment. If you are late we will make every effort to accommodate you, but we may not be able to provide all of your services. Please note that series cardholders must check with the front desk prior to leaving, in case services have run out. An additional $10 fee will apply for clients who leave without paying for services or products.
		About Face and Body takes pride in providing a safe and sanitary environment for its clients and employees. We follow the California State Board of Barbering and Cosmetology guidelines and regulations for sanitation. However, there are bacteria that can be passed between those who are a-symptomatic for infection. About Face and Body is not responsible for any bacterial infections that may occur. Due to the large number of products that contain alpha hydroxy acids and many other factors, About Face & Body is not responsible for any skin that may removed while waxing.
